What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly — through the contact form on this site. That includes your name, email, phone, event date, event type, venue, headcount and any notes you choose to share.

What we do with it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, send a quote, and (if you book) coordinate your event. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. The only third parties who see it are the email-sending and form-processing services we use to deliver your inquiry to our inbox.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or social media pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly: no cookies, no personal data, no cross-site tracking. It tells us only aggregate visit counts and which pages were viewed.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't turn into bookings are deleted from our systems within 12 months. If you book an event with us, we keep your event records for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete any information we have about you through the contact form on this site. We'll respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA — see the next section.

California residents (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to: know what personal information we have collected about you, request that we delete it, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, use the contact form on this site.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. The current version is dated above.
