About these terms
These terms govern your use of magneteam.co. By using this website, you agree to them. Your booking contract (sent separately when you reserve an event) governs the photo booth services themselves.
Use of this website
You may use this website for personal and business research about Magneteam's services. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the content without our written permission. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Quotes and pricing
Prices listed on the Pricing page are starting points; the final quote you receive depends on your event details (date, location, headcount, format, add-ons). A quote is valid for 30 days from the date we send it. Bookings are confirmed only when we receive your signed contract and 50% deposit.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by your individual booking contract, not these website terms. As a general rule: deposits are non-refundable beyond 14 days from booking; full balance is due 14 days before the event.
Intellectual property
All photos, text, logos and design elements on this site are the property of Magneteam unless otherwise noted. Event photos shown on this site (where guests are visible) are used with permission of the event hosts.
Limitation of liability
We provide this website on an 'as is' basis. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
